Business Analyst

• Understand customer business process, needs and requirements • Analyze the requirements from customers in business view and end-user view • Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development and provide input to design and product specifications • Document functional and business requirements • Create wireframes, activity diagrams and system process flows

- Experience as a Software BA (2 years +) - Excellent at Communication & Negotiation - Excellent at Presentation (Diagrams, Matrix...) Data Knowledge & Skills: -Excellent level on SQL extract data on DB -Experience on Enterprise DB Server: SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2... -Basic understanding about Cloud (AWS technical stack: Glue, Athena, S3...) - Basic understanding about Data warehouse platform (ETL, Staging, DataMart, SCD, CDC...) Bank Domain Knowledge: - Basic understanding about Bank general knowledge: Products, Channels, Systems... -Experience on Bank projects is big plus. Other: - English: can communicate with external vendors - Experience on Integration projects is big plus. Experience on working with multiple-stakeholders projects (in various countries)
