● Administer and support Atlassian products, including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, and Access
● Administer and support Microsoft Azure DevOps and related Azure tools
● Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and implement custom workflows, fields, screens, and plugins
● Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and migrations
● Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy of information
● Provide technical support and training to end-users
● Develop and maintain documentation related to system administration and support processes
● Integrate Atlassian products with other tools/systems such as FreshService, GitHub, Slack, Figma, Mixpanel, Browserstack and TestRail for test management

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration and support of Atlassian products and Microsoft Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban
● Proficient in JQL and SQL
● Familiarity with scripting languages like Groovy, Python, and JavaScript
● Familiarity with APIs
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
● Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices
● Experience with administering and supporting other cloud-based services such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
● Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and its principles
● Experience with performance monitoring and tuning of Atlassian applications
● Familiarity with LDAP and SSO (Single Sign-On) technologies ie Jumpcloud and Okta
● Experience with automating tasks and workflows
