•Providing daily production support to users •Working closely with functional team (e.g. LARA Team). •Working on new requirements in Q}ik Sense / Congons Reporting requested by user. •Corrections/additions in existing BI / Cognos reports •Providing support during weekend upgrade activities. •Analyzing technical feasibility related Qlik Sense design and impact analysis when it’s required to implement •Analyzing service request and provide impact analysis & effort estimation. •Involve in Cgik Senese & Cognos Reporting Production Support release. •Ability to analyze the source code for solving the issue reported by the user. •Working on month end activity like generating ageing reports etc. •Creating the necessary functional and design documentation for all the BI dashboards and congons reporting

1. Cognos Reporting 11 2. Qlik Sense Scripting/Dashboarding/Data Modeling 3. Expert in SQL query language (Oracle / SQL Server / Teradata) 4. Gitlab Version Control Experience (CI/CD 2 years of experience) 5. Min working knowlegde in SalesForce data extraction using qlik Sense 6. Good understanding of SDLC 7. Experience in using MS Excel to analyse data/formula
