UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who possesses a strong understanding of user experience principles and has a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both UX and UI design, with a focus on building scalable design systems.

- Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and iterate on design solutions. - Implement scalable design systems that can be easily adapted and maintained across different platforms and devices. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and incorporate them into our design process. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them understand and apply design principles effectively. - Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience building and maintaining design systems, with a focus on scalability and consistency. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines. - Affinity with UI design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
